Care & Washing Guide (To Protect the Print)
To ensure your custom design stays as vibrant as the day you got it, and to prevent any peeling or cracking over time, please follow these instructions carefully:

Wash Inside Out: Always turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to protect the print from direct friction.

Water Temperature: Machine wash cold or lukewarm (max 30°C). Strictly avoid hot water, as it can damage the print.

Detergent: Use a mild laundry detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying: Air drying is highly recommended. If you use a machine dryer, set it to the lowest heat setting.

Ironing: Never iron directly on the printed design. If necessary, turn the garment inside out and iron on low heat, or use a protective cloth over the graphic.

Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.
We stand by the quality of our products. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a flaw in the fabric:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos demonstrating the defect or fabric flaw.
- We will review your request immediately, and if the defect is confirmed, we will take full responsibility to replace the item or provide a refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.
