We are committed to permanently deleting these images from our systems immediately after the design and production process is complete. We do not use them for any other purpose or share them with any third party under any circumstances.

  3. Responsibility for Uploaded Content: The person who uploads the image bears full legal and ethical responsibility for its content and intellectual property rights, regardless of the user's age (whether an adult or a minor). The website bears no responsibility for any content uploaded by users.

Second: Terms & Conditions and Return Policy

Please read the following terms carefully before completing your order, as completing a purchase constitutes full agreement to them:

  1. Responsibility for Design Choices: The customer is fully responsible for all product details and options they select on the website, including (choice of design, colors, and sizes). The website bears no responsibility for errors resulting from the customer's incorrect selections.

  2. Return and Exchange Policy:

    • Because products are custom-made and printed based on the customer's specific request and personal choices, no t-shirt can be returned or exchanged due to the design, size, or color chosen by the customer.

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted in one case only: if there is a clear manufacturing defect in the fabric or a direct printing error on our part.

    • Return requests or reports of manufacturing defects must be submitted within a maximum period of ten (10) days from the date of receiving the product. No requests will be considered after this period has expired.
